Challenging Indian Penal Code Section 377

We just try to write here about the Indian Penal Code Section 377 and the sexual rights. The Indian Penal Code section 377 is a piece of legislation in India introduced during British rule of India that criminalizes “unnatural sexual activity”. It was declared unconstitutional by the High Court of Delhi on 2 July 2009. Section 377 or article 377 of IPC has been in much of the debate for last 1 week.
